Our acknowledgement and undertaking that you are accessing the services on the Platform and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of Player. We shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between player and Association.

1. You shall ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by you to UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION are true, accurate and in use, at the time of the online transaction. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect or out dated information provided by the player to, same shall solely be borne by the affected player. UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION shall not be liable to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by such player.
2. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile phones, e-mail accounts and passwords.
3. If UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION has suspicion or knowledge, that any player has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity directly or indirectly and/or is using the portal not for his/her usage, then UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION reserves the right to disqualify that player and any related player.
4. UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION shall not be responsible if the application is not registered or is lost due to any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the player and the network operator without involving UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION.
5. UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, force majeure circumstances, or any other reason beyond its control, and shall not be liable to pay any monetary compensation or otherwise for the same.
6. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You (ii) violation of applicable laws (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of player.
7. UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION does not hereby provides any warranty that the UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION call centre will run concurrently and error free during and/or after the registration and UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION shall not be directly liable for issues related to technical and/or human error whatsoever. However, UP PARA SPORTS ASSOCIATION shall work towards the best interest of the player.
